What we collect

Account data: your phone number or email address, sign-in method and the profile details you choose to add (display name, gender, age range, avatar).

Usage data: your conversations, characters, personas, worlds, saved items, model usage counts and estimated costs.

Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent for one-time passcode requests, kept only for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To sign you in, to generate replies in character, to keep memory and story continuity between sessions, to prevent abuse of the SMS passcode system, and to process membership payments.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your private conversations for advertising.

Processors we use

Lovable Cloud (database, authentication and storage), OpenRouter and Lovable AI (reply generation), ElevenLabs (character voices), MSG91 (SMS one-time passcodes) and Cashfree (payments). Each receives only the data needed for its task.

Retention

One-time passcodes are deleted within 24 hours and passcode audit records within 90 days. Conversations and characters stay until you delete them or delete your account.

Your rights

You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, conversations, characters, personas and subscription records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access to your rows is enforced per account at the database level. Passcodes are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text.
