1. Who we are

Elysia is an AI character chat, companion and roleplay service operated by Nevika Cura Healthcare. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Elysia. Mature content is off by default and only becomes available after you confirm your age in Safety settings.

3. AI-generated content

Characters, worlds and replies are generated by AI. They are fiction. Nothing in Elysia is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no character is a real person or a licensed professional.

Do not rely on generated content for real-world decisions. In an emergency contact local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Elysia to create or request sexual content involving minors, real-person sexual content, content that incites violence or self-harm, illegal instructions, or content that harasses or impersonates a real individual.

We screen messages automatically and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the characters, personas and worlds you create. You give us a licence to store and display them so the service can work, and to show them publicly only if you choose to publish them.

6. Memberships and billing

Elysia Plus is sold as a monthly or yearly membership at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Cashfree; we never store your card or UPI details.

A membership grants access for the period purchased and does not auto-renew unless you buy another period. Free accounts have a daily message allowance.

7. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Liability

Elysia is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
